Reception

Our reception desk offers different services at just one counter. It serves as the first point of contact for patients and people visiting the hospital. The reception also has dedicated desks for senior citizens.

Apart from the main reception on the lobby level, we have provided help desks on each floor. The reception setup is fully equipped to handle inquiries and requests, and provide all assistance needed by patients or their companions.

Along with bold directions and signages, anyone entering the hospital would be directed to the required desk. All our reception staff can speak the local language and English.
